Refund Policy
We want every product, program, and community we offer to be worth what you paid for it. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we offer refunds and how to request one. It applies to all purchases made through www.fromfogtofire.com from From Fog To Fire Inc.. This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
- Digital products and books: 7-day refund from purchase, before substantial consumption.
- Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if less than 25% of the content has been accessed.
- Group programs (cohort-based): full refund up to 24 hours before the cohort start; conditional completion-based guarantee thereafter.
- Community memberships: cancel anytime; no partial-period refunds.
- 1-on-1 sessions: rescheduling allowed with notice; non-refundable once delivered.

1. Digital products, downloads, and books
We offer a 7-day refund window on digital products and electronic books from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially consumed (defined as more than 30% of the content accessed, downloaded, or printed). To request a refund, contact us within the window with your order details.
Physical books, where offered, may be refunded within 14 days of delivery if returned in new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the book arrived damaged.
2. Self-paced digital courses
We offer a 14-day refund window on self-paced digital courses, provided that less than 25% of the course modules have been accessed. Accessing a module means opening it; you do not need to complete it for it to count. After the 14-day window or after exceeding the access threshold, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
3. Group coaching programs (cohort-based)
Group coaching programs run as cohorts with defined start and end dates. The refund terms below apply to each cohort:
Before the cohort begins
A full refund is available up to 24 hours before the cohort’s scheduled start time. Refunds requested during this window are processed promptly to the original payment method.
After the cohort begins — the completion-based guarantee
Once the cohort begins, the program is non-refundable on a calendar basis. We do, however, offer a completion-based guarantee:
- If you complete all modules, attend all live calls, and submit all required homework during the program, and you do not experience meaningful progress on the outcomes the program is designed to teach (the daily protocol, the personal reflection artifacts, and the practice deliverables described in your enrollment materials), we will offer you a seat in the next cohort at no additional charge.
- The guarantee is conditioned on full participation. It is a re-enrollment guarantee, not a cash refund. The decision is made jointly between you and us based on the artifacts you produced and your participation record.
- To exercise the guarantee, contact us within 30 days of the program’s end with your participation record and the artifacts the program asked you to produce.
The completion-based guarantee is intended for clients who fully participated and did not see meaningful progress. It is not a way to take the program at no cost. We reserve the right to deny re-enrollment requests that do not meet the participation conditions.
Payment plans
Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize the scheduled charges through the completion of the plan at enrollment. If you discontinue payments, your access may be paused until the balance is paid. Cancellation of a payment plan after the cohort has started does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.
If we cancel a cohort
If we cancel a cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund or, at your option, transfer to a future cohort.
4. Community memberships
Community memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at sign-up). You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
5. 1-on-1 sessions
Where offered, 1-on-1 sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice are not refundable. Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address on the order, with the following information:
- Your full name and the email used to purchase;
- The order number or approximate purchase date;
- The product or program purchased;
- The reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank or card-issuer processing times are not within our control.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have any concern with a purchase, please contact us first. We are responsive and will work in good faith to resolve issues. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, where the underlying purchase has been delivered as described, may delay resolution and may be contested with documentation.
8. Exceptions, force majeure, and limits
We may refuse a refund request that does not meet the conditions above. We may also issue refunds outside of these terms in our discretion, including in cases of demonstrated hardship. Where applicable consumer-protection law provides you with rights that exceed this policy, those rights apply.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
